Try the focused recovery step first. Reports should use a synthetic recipe and leave private device data on your device.
01 · Avatar links
A current recipe has exactly eight letters, numbers, dashes, or underscores. Copy the complete link. For a newer theme, update Shakel or open it in the current web studio; the app will not silently substitute another avatar.

Reload once and allow the official CDN through content filters. If it still fails, record the representation type, synthetic recipe, browser or device, time, and HTTP status.

Close other Shakel tabs and restart the browser or app. Do not clear site data or uninstall before making a backup when possible. Maintainers cannot inspect or recover a device-only library.
04 · Backups
Keep the original file, confirm it is an unmodified Shakel JSON backup, and use the latest app. Invalid, unknown, oversized, or corrupt data is rejected before the library changes.
