Operator and scope
LAB operates the official Shakel service from Saudi Arabia. These terms are effective from 29 July 2026. Questions may be sent privately to contact@lab.sa.
The hosted Shakel site, studio, and CDN let you create, save locally, share, and render avatar recipes without an account. A recipe URL is public and may be copied, cached, indexed, or opened by anyone who receives it.
The operator may change, limit, rate-limit, pause, or discontinue the hosted preview to keep it safe and operable. Availability is not guaranteed.
Your use
You are responsible for how you use and share recipes, rendered files, labels, and surrounding content. You must follow the acceptable-use policy. The software and artwork licenses grant redistribution rights separately from access to this hosted service.
Independent forks
A fork or self-hosted deployment is operated independently. The Shakel preview operator does not control it, set its policies, receive its data, or accept responsibility for its operation. Fork operators must provide terms and privacy information that match their own service.
Warranty, liability, and governing law
The service is offered without a promise that it will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or suitable for identity verification or reliability-critical use. Local records may be lost when device storage is cleared, and public recipe links cannot be revoked. Any warranty exclusion or liability limit applies only to the extent permitted by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia. Contact LAB at contact@lab.sa before bringing a formal dispute so the parties can try to resolve it directly.
